E | 　　浙江屹男印染有限公司是柯桥产业转型的典型样本。四十多年来，这家企业持续以数字化、智能化设备更新产线，从传统印花逐步迭代到数码印花，产品已进入国内各大时装周与海外品牌供应链。　　该公司副总经理叶勇介绍，目前工厂已经实现了AI印花在线检测、AI花型设计等应用，“手里攒着这些年的生产数据，接下来还打算往人事管理、工艺排产等方向深挖，拓展更多AI应用场景。”　　浙江全省范围内，纺织产业的上下游环节都在加速拥抱AI。例如，主营智能缝制装备研发制造的杰克科技股份有限公司如今正转向软硬件一体化发展，企业还全面响应AI浪潮深化转型，今年10月将发布面向缝制行业的人形机器人及系列AI装备。

F | 　　“人是制造业转型的核心课题。”该公司缝纫机产品相关负责人卢明安提到，纺织产业是劳动密集型行业，传统模式下有很多人在进行简单、重复的工作，智能化转型则可以为劳动者创造更好的工作体验，也可以吸引并留住年轻的产业人才。　　活动现场，多项成果集中落地。消费领域具身智能方向与制造领域石化化工方向的国家人工智能应用中试基地运营主体分别与柯桥区人民政府、国家数据发展研究院签约中试合作项目，将共同打通前沿技术从实验室到生产线的“最后一公里”。　　此外，现场还发布了浙江省“AI+制造”场景机制、需求清单及第二期标杆场景，旨在明晰企业转型需求，也让成熟的应用场景可被推广借鉴；国家人工智能应用中试基地“揭榜挂帅”项目同步发布，针对行业共性技术难题公开征集解决方案，将以联合攻关的模式降低企业单独研发的成本与试错风险。
